يوضّح هذا المستند كيف يقوم تطبيق مطعم ميامي (“نحن”، “التطبيق”) بجمع واستخدام وحماية معلوماتك. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على ما ورد في هذه السياسة.

1. المعلومات التي نجمعها
– رقم الهاتف: لإنشاء حسابك والتحقق منه عبر رمز التحقق (OTP).
– الاسم والعنوان: لتجهيز الطلبات وتوصيلها.
– تفاصيل الطلبات: الأصناف والمبالغ وسجل الطلبات.
– معلومات تقنية: نوع الجهاز ومعرّفاته لأغراض التشغيل والأمان.

2. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك
– إنشاء حسابك والتحقق منه عبر رسالة تحقق (واتساب / SMS).
– استقبال طلباتك وتجهيزها وتوصيلها.
– التواصل معك بخصوص حالة الطلب والعروض.
– تحسين خدماتنا وحماية التطبيق من الاستخدام غير المشروع.

3. مشاركة المعلومات
لا نبيع معلوماتك لأي جهة. قد نشاركها فقط مع:
– خدمات التحقق والرسائل (WhatsApp / Meta أو مزوّد رسائل معتمد) لإرسال رمز التحقق.
– مزوّدي البنية التقنية (Google Firebase) لتخزين البيانات بأمان.
– مندوبي التوصيل لإيصال طلبك.
وذلك بالحد الأدنى اللازم لتقديم الخدمة فقط.

4. أمن البيانات
نخزّن بياناتك على خوادم آمنة (Firebase / Google Cloud) ونتّبع إجراءات حماية معقولة لمنع الوصول غير المصرّح به.

5. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك فعّال أو بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة، ثم نحذفها عند عدم الحاجة أو بناءً على طلبك.

6. حقوقك
لك الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تعديلها، وطلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك بالكامل.

7. حذف بيانات المستخدم
لحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك، راسلنا على البريد أو الرقم أدناه بطلب الحذف، وسننفّذه خلال مدة معقولة.

8. التغييرات على السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسننشر أي تغييرات على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ آخر تعديل.
